Charlene Gradisar - Asset Manager (Southern Areas)

 

Charlene first joined AdProp in 2007 and after maternity leave, returned in 2009. She has several years experience in property management, and is an investor in her own right owning her own investment property.

Charlene enjoys the challenges that working in a busy property management department brings and with her steadiness, attention to detail and dedication to her role, is a vital team member.

 

Charlene is popular with her clients and is dedicated to a high level of customer service. Any property investor will find Charlene a delight to deal with and experience her dedication to ensuring her property investor client’s needs are promptly attended to.

Charlene's role is to manage properties for investor clients in the South, South Eastern and South Western parts of Adelaide metro.

Francesco Macheda - Asset Manager (Northern Areas)

 

Francesco joined AdProp Asset Management Team in 2009. Francesco came to AdProp with executive property management experience having previously managed and maintained a high rental return executive property portfolio for an exclusive selection of property investors.

Francesco is driven and motivated to providing great service to his investor clients, utilising his outstanding negotiation and communication skills to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Francesco manages the North, North Eastern and North Western areas of Adelaide metro.

Cheryl Sykes - Head Office Facilitator

Cheryl joined AdProp in 2008 and has worked in property management since 2003.

Cheryl’s role is to assist the Asset Managers with their day to day tasks and coordinate maintenance.

With her strong work ethic and dedication to getting the job done right the first time, Cheryl is a vital member of the AdProp team.

Amanda Blakeley - Managing Director

 

A successful property investor in her own right, Amanda is the co-founder of AdProp.

Amanda was an electronic engineer and left her career to build her own portfolio of investment properties and to establish AdProp to successfully manage her own portfolio as well as provide a ‘property investor’ quality service to other fellow investors. AdProp has grown now to being a sought after service for the larger property investor community.

Amanda heads up other successful businesses as well as continuing to expand her own property investment portfolio, with interests also in other property investment related businesses.

Xenia Ioannou - Business Development Director

Xenia is also a successful property investor with her own multi-million dollar portfolio, she also co-founded AdProp.

With a PHD in Genetic Science, Xenia realised the power of property investing to create wealth and left her profession to build her own portfolio.

Xenia coordinates the running of the Real Estate Wealth Network meetings and is an accomplished trainer and conference speaker. Xenia has authored a two day property investor workshop called the ‘Millionaire Mindset Master Class’
