Sub-letting

You cannot sub-let (have other people living at the property who are not listed on the lease agreement) without the owner’s prior written consent (through the agent). This does not apply to visitors who may stay with you for short periods of time, for no more than 14 days at a time.

If you wish to sub-let, please contact your Asset Manager. The person who wishes to move in will be required to fill out an application form and provide identification and supporting documentation in the same manner as is normally required for a tenancy application. AdProp Property Management will assess the application and will forward your request to sub-let to the owner.
