It Was Different In The Beginning… Frustrated With Our Trial and Error Approach, And Not Knowing Whose Investment Advice To Trust, We Made Costly Mistakes.

 
Have you ever tried to accomplish something, I mean really worked hard to achieve a desired outcome, only to find that there was still some unknown factor that was preventing you from achieving your goal?

I freely admit it, I wanted to be extremely wealthy!

I did everything I could think of to attain this goal.  I had started my working life as a medical research scientist so I knew that the best way to become successful is to research the knowledge available from experts in your field of interest. Mine was Real Estate.

I knew that there was big money to be made in the real estate market and this had always been an area of interest to me so I began to research every course, attend every seminar, and read every book on the subject. I spent a lot of time and money because I knew that this would be a great investment in my future.

 

I knew that knowledge is power. I was super motivated and had gained an immense amount of knowledge in just a few years so I had everything that I needed to become a wealthy real estate property investor.

 

Then I began trying to apply this knowledge to the real world.

 

However, I become frustrated with my efforts. Even with all of this knowledge I wasn’t getting the same success as the people I had learnt from. My motivation was reducing more and more with each depressing attempt to model the experts I believed in.

 

The big millionaire investors had easy lives and they got the easy development deals and found creative approaches to investing, they knew something I didn’t so I just kept going to course after course so that someone could give me the magic formula I was looking for.

 

They all offered solutions and I noticed how some other seminar attendees we’re lucky enough to use the information and have deals FALL into their laps. I often wondered why we couldn’t be lucky enough to have deals magically fall into our laps. After all, we were spending all our time and money…. we had gathered vast amounts of knowledge…. We even left our jobs to become full time property entrepreneurs, as recommended by some of these gurus... and yet it seemed that we were unable to find any of the deals these lucky few were able to find time and time again.

 

I even started to wonder if the information we had paid for was correct… “Maybe they all knew something I didn’t or I was using the information incorrectly”

Then The Wrong “Advice” Made Things Worse…

Then people who knew me started giving me “advice” to prove why I could never be successful like those “Rich Experts”

 

I am sure that you have heard much of the advice I received. Maybe someone has told you the same things. Either way, I am sure you can relate to what I’m talking about. It’s advice like…

“It’s not what you know, it’s who you know”

 

This was one of the most popular explanations given. The problem was that I heard it so many times that I started to believe that this must have been the missing “reason why” that I had been searching for. The reason why I didn’t have the same level of success as the experts I had studied.

 

It made sense but it left me feeling like a victim. Maybe despite all my research and knowledge there was nothing I could do without having the same powerful contacts that these people have, and as we all know, “Rich people stick together”

 

I had always liked the saying “Success is where preparation meets opportunity” but maybe this was wrong too as I was very knowledgeable and prepared for opportunities… Or at least I thought I was.

 
Finally, I Discovered The Missing Piece To The Puzzle… That Elusive Millionaires Secret To Making MASSIVE Amounts Of Money…

 

I couldn’t believe it, the answer centered around the very techniques that I had been researching in my medical scientific field for nearly 20 years but had never realised that they applied to the Real Estate and business world or indeed how to apply them.

As we began to appreciate the power behind the thinking patterns of the wealthy and we began committing endless hours mastering self-development courses.
